Job Description
- First line of escalation for unresolved issues from chats and tickets
- Engages service partners and agents through phone, chat or email to ensure resolutions
- Facilitates resolutions while coordinating with other departments to mitigate issues
- Ensures tickets are handled within SLA to drive Registration, Enrollment and Certification throughput
- Uses statistical data to develop recommendations for process improvements
- Proven ability to resolve issues; Strong passion for customer service
- Knowledge of PRM, BMS, Service-Now, and Salesforce is a plus
- Knowledge of Arise Registration, Enrollment and Partner Support standard operating procedure
