Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Control-M operations candidate with 1-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Production /Application support with control-M batch operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage batch operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently handle batch processing and console operations to ensure smooth and efficient system performance.
- Manage incidents from identification to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Knowledgeable in file transmission processes and protocols.
- effectively communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on incident resolution and system performance.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on in Control-M, Unix/windows, Sql. Experience in airflow will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in control-M operations and management.
- Proven track record of managing incidents and handling client communications effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge on incident/change/problem management.
