Pros : Workload is good enough. Something new to learn. Work life balance is good too. Get to enjoy Indian holidays.

Dislikes

Cons: HR is not very responsive. Extra work hours are paid but the compensation is not good enough. Strictly wfo policy. No policy for certification and it's reimbursements.
