Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft accurate job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
  • Conduct interviews, assess cultural and skill fit, and provide hiring recommendations.

HR Strategy and Operations

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations throughout the recruitment cycle and HR processes.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to align with business goals.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and welfare.
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of Performance Management Systems (PMS).
  • Monitor and address employee relations, industrial relations, and workplace grievances in a fair and effective manner.

Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Design and manage frameworks for employee performance evaluations, goal-setting, and feedback.
  • Identify and address training and development needs to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Develop retention strategies and programs to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.

Operational Excellence

  • Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment of HR and operational strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage operational workflows to enhance efficiency and team productivity.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between HR and other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 2-7 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successful talent acquisition campaigns focused on quality hires.
  • Experience with Performance Management Systems (PMS), Employee Relations, and HR Strategy development.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of employee welfare, retention strategies, and corporate HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of HR policies, industrial relations, and performance management principles.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and tools.
