Job Description: BTL Manager

CTC: ₹60,000 per month

Location: Berkowits Hair and Skin Clinics, Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Branding Management:

Ensure consistent and impactful internal branding across all clinics.

Collaborate with clinic teams to maintain brand identity and aesthetic.

Clinic Visit Generation:

Develop and execute strategies to drive footfall through corporate and strategic alliances.

Build and nurture relationships with partners to enhance referral traffic.

Franchise and Business Partner Management:

Act as the primary liaison for franchisees and business partners.

Ensure timely and consistent orders through regular follow-ups and relationship management.

Last-Mile Marketing Execution:

Plan and oversee localized marketing activities such as flier distribution, coupon campaigns, and RWA (Resident Welfare Association) events.

Analyze the effectiveness of these activities and optimize for better outcomes.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in BTL marketing, branding, or similar roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and manage partnerships and alliances effectively.

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
