Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for powder coating products in Delhi NCR region.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions through effective communication.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the powder coating industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) or MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue streams.
  
• Strong understanding of industrial coatings, painting processes, and related technologies.
