Job Title: Sales Executive Retail Sales (Construction Chemicals)


Location: Ghaziabad/Moradabad/Meerut/Agra/Lucknow/Gorakhpur


Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Construction Chemicals division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving retail sales by developing and managing dealer networks, increasing market penetration, and ensuring sustainable business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Dealer Management & Market Penetration:
    • Identify, onboard, and develop dealers to expand market reach and ensure deeper market penetration.
    • Support dealers with necessary resources and training to help them achieve sales targets.

  • Sales Planning & Execution:
    • Analyze sales trends by comparing performance with the previous year and implement targeted strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
    • Track product sales growth in volume and value across the assigned territory.

  • Channel Management & Product Promotion:
    • Ensure proper channel placement and seeding of new products in suitable retail networks.
    • Monitor SKU availability across key outlets to maintain product variety and inventory balance.
    • Design and execute sales promotion programs to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

  • Dealer Profitability & Relationship Building:
    • Monitor dealer performance to ensure alignment with the company's profitability objectives and policies.
    • Resolve dealer issues proactively to maintain smooth business relationships.

  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly territory monitoring reports, including insights on competitor activities and market trends.
    • Conduct retail audits to identify market potential and develop strategies to outperform competitors.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the construction chemicals or building materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of dealer networks and channel management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
