Lead Recruitment Specialist

Role & responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their technology staffing needs and define job requirements and qualifications.
• Experience in team handling.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards,social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Review resumes, conductinitialphone screenings, and assess candidatequalifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and conductinterviews, both technicaland behavioral, with candidates, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of their abilities and suitability for the role.
• Assess candidates'technicalskills, experience, and softskillsto determine theirsuitability for specific IT positions.
• Maintain regular communication with candidatesthroughoutthe recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Verify candidate references and employment history to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Facilitate salary and benefit negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
• Work withHR and hiring managersto ensure a smooth onboarding processfornew hires, including completing necessary paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain a network of potential candidates and build a talent pipeline forfuture hiring needs. Generate recruitmentreports and analyzedata tomeasurethe effectiveness ofrecruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration,ora related field (preferred).
• Proven 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter or IT-focused recruiting role.
• Familiarity with varioussourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong knowledge of IT and technology-related roles and skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate technicalskills and conducttechnicalinterviews.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
