Job Description

Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function and support our dynamic, growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our people strategy aligns with our ambitious business goals, particularly as we expand our offerings across leisure travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), and incentive travel. The ideal candidate will have a solid HR background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a supportive and high-performing work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across all departments, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes.
• Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Develop and implement employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with our company's values.
• Performance Management: Design and execute performance appraisal systems, setting clear KPIs, and facilitating regular performance discussions to ensure team growth and alignment with business goals.
• Training & Development: Assess training needs, coordinate skill development programs, and manage continuous learning initiatives to foster professional growth across the organization.
• Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory HR standards, maintain HR policies, handle grievances, and mediate employee relations to support a respectful and productive workplace.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR analytics, ensuring timely and accurate compensation while analyzing employee data to support decision-making.
• HR Strategy & Reporting: Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support our five-year growth plan, contributing insights for strategic workforce planning and reporting on key HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred)
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Deep understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage sensitive employee matters tactfully
