- Act as a Servant Leader for the Scrum Team, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Sprint Review).
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring its clarity, transparency, and order.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that are preventing the team from achieving its goals.
- Coach the team on Scrum principles and Agile best practices to ensure the team delivers maximum value.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment with the broader organizational goals.
- Facilitate sprint planning and ensure the team commits to a reasonable sprint goal based on their capacity.
- Track and communicate team progress using agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) and ensure that continuous improvement is a key focus for the team.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and open communication environment within the team and across departments.
- Encourage a culture of continuous feedback and improvement , helping the team learn from its experiences.
- Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus on sprint objectives.
Ensure that the team produces incremental, high-quality deliverables at the end of every sprint.
Requirements- Should have 8-10 years of work experience.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 2-3 years).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development practices.
- Excellent facilitation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams to be self-organizing and cross-functional.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of removing impediments.
- Knowledge of scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in Agile practices and personal development.
