Job Description
As the Director of Subscriber Services for the AAPAC region, you will lead a team that works directly with customers who subscribe to our software platform. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in EHS who is excited about digital transformation innovation and the value it creates for businesses. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are highly satisfied, guiding the team in answering their queries, and finding opportunities to expand our relationship with them.
Lead a team that supports customers, helps resolve issues, and explores ways to expand our offerings to meet customer demands
Interact with customers who have subscribed to our software, ensuring they receive excellent support, guidance and importantly, derive value
Use your experience in the EHS field to help customers make the most of our software and understand how it meets their needs
Use your EHS background to bridge the gap between traditional practices and modern digital solutions, helping customers see the benefits of our software
Identify opportunities to grow the business through better customer relationships, upselling, and delivering value-added services
10-12 years of experience in the EHS field, and a passion for moving into the digital side of the industry
Ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring they are motivated and effective in supporting customers
Interest or experience in applying digital solutions to traditional EHS practices, with a willingness to embrace technology
Understanding how to grow business relationships and identify opportunities to offer more value to customers
