We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the bench resources, connecting top-tier talent with new opportunities, and ensuring that our consultants remain actively placed with our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the bench recruitment process, ensuring prompt placement of consultants.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of bench candidates across various technologies.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and ensure the alignment of consultant skills with job openings.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts to ensure the best possible deals for both the company and consultants.
• Ensure timely communication and updates to the bench team and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track the performance of consultants and optimize placement strategies.
• Provide exceptional support to consultants on the bench, helping them find opportunities and navigate through the placement process.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 2-10 years of proven experience in bench sales and US IT recruitment.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various technical domains and understanding of consultant skill sets.
• Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and sales skills to effectively market consultants and secure placement opportunities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both clients and consultants effectively.
• Results-Oriented: A target-driven approach to securing opportunities for bench consultants and achieving recruitment goals.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and proactively to place consultants in the right opportunities.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
