About the job:

Position: Business Analyst

Location: Gurgaon (Work from office)

Experience: 3+Years

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in business analyst or a related role.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Develop process models, workflows, and business use cases.

- Define functional and non-functional requirements for IT solutions.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams for solution design.

- Conduct impact analysis for change management and process improvements.

Nice to have:

- Experience in visa processing and immigration systems.

- Experience in API testing and Postman-based testing.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.

- Perform data analysis to generate insights and recommendations for business decision-making.

- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Provide ongoing support and training to end users on new systems and processes.

Education: Bachelor's/masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
