Bellurbis Technologies - Technical Lead - Full Stack Development (6-8 yrs)

Position : Technical Lead.

Location : Gurgaon (WFO).

Experience : 6+ Years.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Establish coding standards, best practices, and review processes.

Architectural Design :

- Design system architecture and technical solutions for complex applications.

- Develop and document design strategies, workflows, and technical specifications.

Full Stack Development :

- Build and maintain web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).

- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services for seamless application performance.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of Full Stack experience (Node.js, React.js).

- Knowledge of Python, Nest.js, Next.js, Java, PHP, Vue.js is a plus.

- Proficient in REST API, JavaScript, CSS, TypeScript.

- Experience in team leadership, system architecture, and scalable solutions.

- Skilled in databases (SQL/NoSQL), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Familiar with Docker, ECS/EKS, Git/Bitbucket, and microservice architecture.

- Expertise in secure coding, software delivery, and cloud security.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Agile methodologies and test-driven development experience.
