Urgently Hiring CRM Administrator
Key Responsibilities
1. System Administration
o Configure and maintain the InterProse CRM platform, ensuring it
aligns with organizational goals and compliance standards.
o Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
o Develop and implement system workflows, automation, and templates to
streamline collections processes.
2. Data Management
o Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of CRM data.
o Oversee data imports, exports, and regular system updates.
o Conduct data cleanup initiatives and establish data quality
protocols.
3. Support and Troubleshooting
o Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing
system-related issues promptly.
o Collaborate with InterProse support teams to resolve escalated
technical challenges.
o Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize
functionality.
4. Reporting and Analytics
o Design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs for
collections performance monitoring.
o Analyze CRM data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and
opportunities for increased efficiency.
5. Compliance and Best Practices
o Ensure the CRM system adheres to industry regulations, including
FDCPA, FCRA, and other relevant standards.
o Stay updated on CRM best practices and new features, implementing
improvements as needed.
Experience: Min 2 years
