Job Purpose:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of our production processes, ensuring compliance with both safety and quality standards. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of product safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Audit and Inspections:
● Conduct regular audits of the garment manufacturing processes, including raw materials, production lines, and finished products.
● Assess product quality at various stages of production, from initial design to final delivery.
Safety and Compliance:
● Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to in the manufacturing process to maintain a safe working environment.
● Review safety protocols and buyer requirements and work on the gaps
● Investigate any safety incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Documentation and Reporting:
● Maintain accurate records of all audit findings, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
● Generate detailed audit reports, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring transparency in the auditing process.
Process Improvement:
● Identify gaps in quality control and safety procedures, and recommend improvements to enhance manufacturing processes.
● Provide training and guidance on quality and safety standards to production staff and relevant teams.

Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions:
● Lead investigations into quality issues and non-conformance, conducting root cause analysis.
● Develop and implement corrective action plans to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence.

Skills Required:

● Strong understanding of garment stitching processes and product safety
● Strong coordination and communication skills
● Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Looker (production management dashboards)
● Problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Any Graduate/Post Graduate
