Job Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will act as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of multiple technical programs from inception to completion.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, roadmaps, and resource plans.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, providing clear and concise communication to stakeholders and leadership.

- Drive alignment across teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery.

- Establish and enforce best practices for project management, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Track and report on key metrics to measure project progress, quality, and impact.

- Facilitate post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future processes.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 8-10 years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles, with at least 3 years managing technical programs.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

- Familiarity with AWS cloud and modern technology stacks.

- Ability to read and understand technical documents, including APIs and system architecture diagrams.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
