HR Services Specialist
I. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Is responsible for a broad spectrum of administrative / HR Operations activities connected to the Hire-to-Retire cycle, acting as contact point for employees and HR BPs for standard personnel administration related questions, and focusing on delivery quality, efficiency and effectiveness to provide best in class HR Services to the internal customers.
II. ROLE DESCRIPTION (On Contract) (Location - Ranjangaon, Pune)
HR Operations:
• The HR Services officers delivers some or all of the following tasks, depending on the location set-up.
• Implements payroll runs, including preparative work either in-house or in contact with an external provider, and resolves time and payroll anomalies within the boundaries of the standard procedures and instructions.
• Resolving queries related to attendance of all employees and Timely process of attendance data.
• Managing the attendance system.
• Facilitates correct data entries in the time writing system (including regular quality checks and ensure corrections)
• Manages in a correct and highly qualitative way personnel data from entry to exit (physical personnel files and HR-IT Systems)
• Prepares standard documents ready for signature and correspondence, and amendments of existing documents.
• Prepares reports and employees data extraction as requested by customers, in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Manages information fluxes to/from authorities.
• Provides operational support in selected local or regional HR processes.
• Contributes to highlighting, developing, and implementing areas for process improvement both in terms of quality and efficiency to increase level of HR Service Excellence.
• Provides inputs to HR BPs, COE and/or reward specialists on new requirements in Personnel Administration resulting from legal changes.
• Is member of internal networks as requested.
