Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical solutions using creative thinking skills.
