Job Profile:

• Preparation of annual calendar of events or Annual Activity Chart for recreational
• activities/competitions/outings etc.
• Preparation of annual and monthly budget for all activities to be conducted.
• Brainstorming for ideas/suggestions to reduce employee engagement cost without
• compromising quality.
• Birthday & Anniversary Celebration
• Responsible for safety, transportation and activities for outings; food, games, prizes etc. Be
• present at any location other than the HO to represent a presence from the Head office.
• Responsible for Rewards & Recognitions for the organization.
• Conduct various competitions like singing, decoration competition during festivals etc.
• Responsible for promotional advertisements through digital media for extracurricular activities.
• Responsible for updating the employee portal by sharing photographs and videos of all
• employee engagement activities.

Educational Qualifications: MBA in Event management, PG Diploma in Event Management

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Overall Candidate Profile Desired:

• Self‐Motivated go‐getter with the ability to work with utmost efficiency
• Good English Skills (writing, reading, speaking).
