Business Development Manager

Role: IT Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic IT business development manager to drive sales and expand our services in international markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in (Australia, the UK, and the US) • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in businesses seeking IT outsourcing solutions.

• Conduct sales presentations, demos, and client meetings to effectively pitch our services, including:

• IT Consultancy Services
• Website Design and Development
• Cloud Innovation Suit o Secure Workspaces and Collaborative Solutions
• Cyber Resilience Hub

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in outsourcing or IT services.
• Strong understanding of international markets, especially in Australia, the UK, and the US.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Experience with CRM tools and lead generation techniques.
• A proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
