Job Description
At Beco, we re scaling sustainability by building an eco-friendly FMCG brand for the future. To fuel our next phase of growth, we need an Associate - Founder s Office who can work closely with leadership, drive key strategic projects, and help solve high-impact business challenges.

What will you do at Beco
- Work directly with the founding team to execute strategic projects across sales, operations, and growth
- Conduct research, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights
- Assist in fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning initiatives
- Collaborate across departments to improve business efficiency and drive key initiatives
- Track and monitor key performance metrics, preparing reports for leadership
- Support in building frameworks, process optimizations, and organizational strategies
- Handle special projects related to partnerships, new business opportunities, and expansion plans
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
1-3 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, or startup operations
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Prior experience working in a high-growth startup or consulting is a plus
