As a designer in the Marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping our brand and product s visual identity and contributing to its growth in the industry of home care and personal care.
Responsibilities:
Working on varied creative assets for our different channels - D2C, Ofine, E-commerce, Quick commerce.
Working on product design for new innovations and product launches, and also designing assets for their product packaging, catalogues.
Creating 3D models of the new products.
Developing creative assets for online ads and product page content for website listing.
Creating innovative designs for ofine POSMs like oor standing units, counter-top units, shelf strips, posters, banners, billboards.
Optimizing the UI/UX of the website and product pages, to improve conversions.
Collaboratively add creative inputs in the efforts to devise marketing campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
Expected Skills:
Ability to work with abstract and contemporary design styles.
Attention to detail, serving as the rst line of proofreading.
Good at nding creative references for the projects.
Good understanding of proportions, and a healthy obsession for appropriate spacing.
Resourcefulness in nding alternative solutions when challenges arise in designing.
Good grammar for copy additions/edits as and when needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new and updated briefs.
