As a Techno-Functional Manager, you will design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, aligning them with business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage a talented team of developers and analysts, and ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budgets. Your expertise in combining technical proficiency with functional knowledge will drive transformative outcomes.
Solution Design and Development :
- Architect and deliver scalable and secure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Design workflows, customizations, and integrations between D365 modules and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain high-performance applications using tools like Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Business Process Optimization :
- Analyze and map business processes to Dynamics 365 capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing actionable insights and solutions.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Collaboration :
- Manage a cross-functional team of developers, consultants, and business analysts.
- Foster a collaborative culture by ensuring clear communication and alignment across technical and
functional teams.
- Mentor and guide team members to support their growth and success.
Project Management and Delivery :
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project goals and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices for iterative development and efficient delivery.
Continuous Improvement :
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends to identify areas for innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.
- Document processes, workflows, and best practices to maintain a robust knowledge base.
What Were Looking For :
Technical Expertise :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including modules like Finance & Operations, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and integrations using REST APIs or SOAP.
- Expertise in tools like SSRS, SSIS, and database management systems such as SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages like C#, JavaScript, or .NET Framework.
Functional Skills :
- Deep understanding of ERP/CRM systems, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Solid knowledge of financial, sales, and supply chain workflows.
- Experience in system integration, testing, and post-deployment support.
Leadership and Communication :
- Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation, training, and presentations.
Additional Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Azure Solution Architect
are a plus.
- Experience in the BFSI sector is highly desirable.
