Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Developer at TechRBM in the Mohali district. The role involves tasks related to analyzing business processes and consulting on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.

The consultant will work closely with clients to optimize their systems and processes using Microsoft Dynamics technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet business requirements.

- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems and other business applications.

- Maintain and enhance CRM systems to optimize functionality and user experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate CRM requirements into effective solutions.

- Provide technical support, training, and user documentation for CRM users.

- Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with relevant standards.

- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features, technologies, and trends.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, modules (Sales, Service), and customization concepts.

- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Web API, and SQL Server.

Expertise in :

- Creating and customizing Dashboards, Reports, Sitemaps, Business Rules, Workflows, and Business Process Flows.

- Development and deployment of Plugins, Custom Workflows, and extended customizations.

- Integration of Dynamics CRM with external systems.

- Data migration into Dynamics CRM.

- Using Power Platform tools, including Power Automate Flow and UI Flow.

- Functional understanding of Out-of-Box (OOB) services, data management, and security models within Dynamics.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure and the Power Platform ecosystem.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Proven ability to self-manage and deliver project outcomes within Agile processes.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).

- Strong collaboration and documentation abilities.

- Basic project management and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications: Dynamics 365 certification preferred.
