Responsibilities :

Development and Customization :

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.

Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

Configuration: Configure Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, and business processes to optimize performance and usability.

Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Data Management: Manage data migration, data integrity, and data quality within Dynamics 365.

User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Dynamics 365 features and functionalities.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and system manuals.

Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Dynamics 365 applications.

Compliance: Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of [X] years of experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Technical Skills :
