MS Dynamics 365 Consultant (4-10 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom solutions and integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to meet business requirements.

- Configure Dynamics 365 applications including modules, workflows, and custom entities to streamline business processes.

- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and form scripts using technologies like C#, JavaScript, and X++.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft and third-party applications through Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or custom APIs.

- Perform data migration tasks from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 using tools like SSIS, KingswaySoft, or native D365 migration tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions.

- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and optimize Dynamics 365 applications to improve efficiency and reliability.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Dynamics 365 applications, integrations, and customizations.

- Implement Dynamics 365 updates and manage system upgrades, ensuring that new features and functionality are fully leveraged.

- Ensure proper security configuration, including role-based access, authentication mechanisms, and data security.

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for custom developments, configurations, and workflows.

- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 releases, features, and industry best practices.

- Train and mentor junior developers or end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users to ensure successful project delivery.

- Work closely with QA teams to perform testing, identify bugs, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Participate in agile project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
