Prepare enquiry register during NPD (NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT) activity.We are seeking an engineer capable for New product Development (NPD) in Automotive Electronics company
Prepare enquiry register during NPD (NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT) activity
Prepare & Do activity of Pre feasibility study during NPD (NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT) activity
Prepare CFT team
Prepare all activity related NPD :APQP Timing plan, Micro timing plan, PDCA (PPT lot to SOP at customer end)
Coordinate with customer R&D department to make a new product or fulfil the NPD product requirement.
Coordinate with customer R&D department for Sample feedback
Arrange a stencil to make a new product and also for mass production from supplier end.
Preparation of new product documents i.e PPAP, test procedures, inspection standard.
Make a BILL OF MATERIAL for new product & update BOM as per customer requirement
Ensure compliance of QMS IATF 16949 , ISO 9001
