Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Application Engineer. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

* Deep Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance Terminology, Methods, and Tools, demonstrating expertise in various quality management principles and practices.

* Working Knowledge of Tools, Methods, and Concepts of Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with the ability to implement quality improvement methodologies and utilize quality control tools effectively.

* Proficiency in 7QC Tools, 8D Problem Solving, Statistical Process Control (SPC), IATF-16949, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Total Quality Management (TQM), ensuring a comprehensive understanding of industry-standard practices.

* Knowledge in Audit and Regulatory Compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant quality standards and regulations.

* Familiarity with MS Office Tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

* Proven ability as a Team Player, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve common quality objectives.

* Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written, enabling clear and concise communication of complex quality-related concepts.

* Strong Presentation Skills, with the capability to create and deliver

* Experience in Maintaining Activity Records in CRM, facilitating efficient tracking and management of customer interactions and data.

Responsibilities:

* Explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service to customer
* Give technical presentations along with Sales Executives
* Help in preparing RFP/RFQ along with Sales Executives
* Understand technical requirements of customers and meet their goals
* Provide technical presentation in offline/online
* Provide technical presentation in small to large events
* Work closely with sales team to win more orders
* Provide customers feedback to development team
