Ensure implementation of QMS IATF 16949 , ISO 9001
Conduct Management review meeting
Plan, conduct and review Internal Audits.
Ensure continual improvement as per plan
Ensure Quality Circle as per business plan
To Do Process audit
To prepare, review & communicate the QUALITY POLICY and QUALITY OBJECTIVE
To prepare, review & communicate the company policies
To maintain master list of documents , their revisions & to ensure Obsolete document
Ensure 5S in the organization
To do RISK ANALYSIS throughout the organisation
Preparing internal & external issues
Preparing and review of Contingency plan
