Sr Engineer /Cost Estimation - EMS Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cost Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for new projects ( PCB Assembly )
• Well versed in Manufacturing process - SMT & Testing
• Support the sales team in Converting sales opportunity
• Strong understanding of IATF procedures, SPC techniques, documentation skills, SMT & testing requirements
• Expertise in designing and creating jigs and fixtures for efficient and accurate manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) techniques for performance monitoring and process optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Cost Estimation or related field (EMS industry preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management systems and processes, including APQP, PPAP, and FMEA
• Excellent documentation skills with ability to create clear and concise documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in interacting with overseas clients and customers.
