Quality / NPD Engineer PCBA - EMS Industry

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation of engineering documents such as process design, PPAP/ APQP reports, FMEA, control plans etc.
• To Provide Production Support for Assembly & Testing
• Ability to develop PCB from Gerber
• Conduct quality audits, internal audits, ISO audits, IATF audits, and Six Sigma projects to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Familiar with Electronic components and creating workflow charts through whole components
• Develop and implement quality control processes for new product development (NPD) projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation of all quality-related activities, including test plans, reports, and records.
• Provide training on quality engineering principles to team members.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Quality/NPD Engineering or related field (B.Tech/B.E. Electrical or Electronics/ Mechanical ).
• Proficiency in PCB development from Gerber files
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis techniques to identify root causes of defects or issues.
• Excellent documentation skills with ability to create clear and concise documents.
• Proven experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes
