Engineer / Jr Engineer Quality Assurance - Aerospace Industry

As an Engineer/Jr Engineer Quality Assurance at Sansera Engineering, you will be responsible for:

1. Conducting quality inspections and tests on aerospace components and systems to ensure they meet industry standards and customer requirements.

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues during the production process.

3. Developing and implementing quality assurance plans and procedures to maintain high product standards and compliance with regulations.

4. Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns that may impact product quality and reliability.

5. Participating in the design and implementation of quality control systems, including the use of advanced inspection equipment and techniques.

6. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities and findings, and preparing reports for management review.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

- A degree in Engineering or a related field with a focus on quality assurance or aerospace engineering.

- Knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and techniques, including root cause analysis, statistical process control, and Six Sigma principles.

- Experience working in the aerospace industry and familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex quality problems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
