Job Responsibilities - Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities within the large corporate sector.
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large corporate accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Beacon Insurance Brokers services to large corporate clients.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and activities that enhance brand awareness and client engagement.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Work closely with the sales, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in insurance marketing, with a focus on large corporate clients.
- Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
