BOT Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled RCM Bot Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated solutions that optimize our revenue cycle management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing bots that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within healthcare billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RCM bots to automate processes such as claims submission, follow-ups, and payment posting.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot bot performance, ensuring high reliability and user satisfaction.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to revenue cycle management and automation technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in developing bots or automation solutions, preferably in healthcare or RCM.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Familiarity with RCM processes, billing systems, and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in healthcare.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
