An Investment Promotion Expert focuses on attracting investors and businesses to invest in a specific sector (like real estate). Their job is to market investment opportunities, organize promotional events, and support investors in setting up their projects.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify potential investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
✅ Conduct marketing campaigns, roadshows, and investor meetings to promote investment.
✅ Develop investment proposals, presentations, and promotional content.
✅ Engage with government bodies, private investors, and real estate developers.
✅ Assist investors through the entire investment process, from lead generation to investment execution.

Qualification

• Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in Marketing) or equivalent with at least 7 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Promotion, conducting road shows, content development, etc., in the real estate sector.
• Worked as a Real Estate Investment Promotion Consultant / Module Lead for any project having exposure to full lifecycle investment promotion from lead generation to Investment-Grounding.
