Associate - FS Preparation, Assurance

• Responsible for the preparation of financial statements as per the applicable reporting framework (International Financial Reporting standards - IFRS / IFRS for SME, any other GAAP).
• Ensure financial statements are prepared and delivered on time with all necessary inputs.
• Coordinate with engagement teams, plan projects, and communicate schedules.
• Make sure financial statements are accurate with proper notes, disclosures, and formatting using software.
• Enhance your knowledge of various reporting frameworks to improve statement quality.
• Promptly respond to engagement team queries and develop problem-solving skills.
• Ensure continuous professional development by updating oneself on local regulations, International Financial Reporting Standards. and discussing any such changes with the clients proactively.

Required Skills:

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Accounting and Finance.
• 1-3 years of experience in Financial Statements Preparation.
• Well-versed with International Standards on Financial Reporting, including recent updates.
• Exposure to data analytics and visualization tools such as CaseWare and Power BI is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – with a positive & enthusiastic attitude.
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
