Talent Associate

Responsible for handling IT requirements for Domestic ( India ).
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, CIEPAL, LinkedIn), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
Good understanding of software technologies requirements & mapping the relevant candidates and knowledge of current IT trends
Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters
Publish progress report to management every day.
Strong communication (verbal and written)
Build HR policy and process and implement the same with in organizations.
