Bay Area Tek Solutions LLC is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development efforts in the US IT staffing and consulting domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating leads through various online channels. This is a part-time role suited for individuals who are self-motivated and skilled in B2B lead generation for the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in the US IT industry.
Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online databases, and other channels.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and staffing requirements.
Schedule introductory meetings or calls for the Business Development team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in CRM systems.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the US IT staffing or consulting industry.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the US staffing market.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and other lead generation platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in outbound email marketing and B2B cold outreach.
Familiarity with IT hiring trends in the US market.
Flexible availability to accommodate US time zones when needed.
