System Engineer - Automation (Python)

Primary Skills:(Mandatory)

Proficient in writing and executing automation scripts to support testing and troubleshooting process using Python.

3-4 years of experience in Python Scripting

Engaging in chat-based troubleshooting for platform-related issues. Facilitating defect reproduction for issues observed in lab and production.

Opening and tracking Quality Control (QC) defects, ensuring resolution in collaboration with vendors. Performing test case execution for new features, bug fixes, and releases.

Strong understanding of call flows for 4G LTE and 5G technologies.

Developing and managing Test Object Lists (TOL) to support platform testing requirements. Executing functional and performance tests using Spirent Landslide and other tools.

Capturing and analyzing network logs (e.g., Wireshark traces) to identify and resolve issues. Troubleshooting and resolving bottlenecks or performance complications across systems. Assisting in the development of Methods of Procedure (MOP) for system upgrades, configuration changes, and platform modifications.
