Sr. Sales Engineer / Territory Sales Engineer / Area Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients in the construction and Foundation industries within the Chennai region.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Bauer's drilling tools and consumable offerings and solutions.
• Offer expert advice to clients on the features, specifications, and benefits of the products.
• Keep update of industry trends and technological advancements in drilling technology.

Technical Expertise:

• Assess client needs and recommend suitable drilling solutions based on project requirements.
• Provide technical support and assistance during the sales process.
• Collaborate with the technical team to propose customized solutions when required.

Sales Presentations:

• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations to potential clients.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of Bauers products and services.
• Effectively handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns.

Quoting and Proposals:

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.

Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, quotations, and sales progress.
• Provide regular sales reports to management, tracking performance against targets
