Senior Manager - Central Operations - Warehouse - Fruits & Vegetables (2-10 yrs)

Job Summary: SM1, FnV Central Operations (Warehouse)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive central Operations Manager to lead fruits and vegetable operations and DBEFM (Daily bread, Egg, frozen & meat) across cold rooms, fulfillment centers. This role focuses on developing SOPs, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving continuous quality improvement through competitive benchmarking and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

- Manage fruits, vegetables and DBEFM (Daily bread, Egg, frozen & meat) operations to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

- KPI tracking

- Loss reduction

2. SOP Development & Implementation

- Create and enforce SOPs for warehouse and cold room operations, aligning them with industry best practices. Regularly update and refine processes to enhance quality control and reduce wastage.

3. Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, and operations, to achieve unified quality objectives. Work with external stakeholders to maintain and improve quality standards throughout the supply chain.

4. Quality Benchmarking

- Perform e-commerce quality benchmarking to evaluate competitors' quality standards. Identify improvement opportunities and propose actionable strategies to management.

5. Continuous Improvement

- Track key quality metrics across fulfillment centers and warehouses. Introduce corrective actions and innovative approaches to elevate product quality and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Mandatory Q-commerce industry experience (blinkit, Swiggy, Instamart, bigbasket and Zepto)

- Expertise in SOP development, process optimization, and quality assurance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for quality benchmarking and competitor analysis.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
