Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and timely dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for optimizing warehouse processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and distribution.

- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Manage and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams.

- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.

- Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and shipments.

- Coordinate with logistics partners and transport providers for smooth inbound and outbound shipments.

- Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement.
