Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations at our GIDC facility.

- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in warehouse management within the pharmaceutical or API manufacturing industry.

- In addition to extensive experience, the candidate should be well-versed in SAP Warehouse Management and possess a deep understanding of Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including but not limited to inventory management, materials handling, shipping, receiving, and storage.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all warehouse personnel.

- Develop and implement warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize processes, minimize errors, and enhance efficiency.

- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.

- Utilize SAP Warehouse Management to maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and manage material movements.

- Implement Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance warehouse processes and reduce waste.

- Monitor and control warehouse expenses, including labor, equipment, and supplies, to ensure cost y- effectiveness.

- Generate reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics for management review.

- Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies, quality issues, or operational challenges promptly.

- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or API manufacturing industry.

- Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management is essential.

- Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Experience Preferred:

- Experience with SAP

- Experience Working in API Pharmaceutical Company

- Must have experience in MM in Pharma API and Formulation exposure

- Good in exposure in Audits and must be strong in analytics.
