Demand Planner - eCommerce (3-4 yrs)

Demand Planner

We hope that you have:

- Min 3-4 yrs of exp in supply planning.

- Should have an understanding of e-commerce, quick commerce.

- Inventory management, metric orientation - to understand health of supply chain.

- Someone who is a SBA would work.

- Analytical background & report making.

Demand planning:

- Brief - The team is primarily responsible for developing plans to project orders, forecast revenue, manage SKUs, and determine DE hiring requirements.

- These plans serve as the foundation for sourcing personnel to procure raw materials. Data extraction is conducted using internal dashboards.

Skillsets:

- Someone well versed with Execl, Power BI.

- Experience in demand planning would be a plus but not mandatory.

- Senior BA or BA would work for the role regardless of function.

- Industry - Ecoms, analytics.

- Keywords - demand planning, business analytics, forecasting.

- Things to check - stakeholder/ cross functional management skills.
