Recruiter Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the recruitment function for Basis Vectors Capital. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, implementing effective hiring strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the organization attracts top talent while promoting a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet staffing needs across the organization.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven recruitment team environment.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the recruitment team.

• Recruitment Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives and growth plans.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

• End-to-End Recruitment Process:
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Create and maintain a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline through various channels such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events.
• Review and optimize job descriptions to ensure they attract the right candidates.

• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Provide guidance and insights to hiring managers regarding market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.

• Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Regularly gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.

• Performance Reporting & Analytics:
• Measure and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes and practices.

• Compliance & Best Practices:
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a recruitment team to meet hiring goals.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and interview techniques.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT Startup Company.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion recruitment practices.
