This position will be a WFO/Hybrid and you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software. Job brief

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to develop and maintain functional and secure networks. You will mentor a team of engineers to troubleshoot and optimize our networks for our users. In this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and a thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Monitor and analyze network performance, traffic, and usage to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network topology, configuration, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the security and integrity of network infrastructure by implementing appropriate security measures, such as firewalls, access control lists, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Collaborate with other members of the IT team, including system administrators, developers, and security specialists, to ensure successful network integration with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies, standards, and best practices, and make recommendations for network improvements and enhancements.
• Mentor and train junior network engineers on network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 12+ experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Lead.
• Professional certification (e.g. CCNP, CCDP)
• Solid background in network administration and architecture
• Hands-on experience in Network Data Center planning/design/implementation, site-to-site tunnel setup and troubleshooting, VPN issues
• In-depth understanding of communication protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP.
• Basic knowledge of 0365, AD, Server, and Database Infrastructure environment.
• Should have extensive knowledge and Implementation of Firewalls design
• Understand Client network Infrastructure (FW, Router, Proxy devices, etc) and analyze and advise the risk on existing setup.
• Familiarity with access control models and network security
• Should have Knowledge of working on the ITIL process.
• Worked on various tools like Nagios and ticketing tools like Remedy and ITSM
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds network tools)
• Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS)
• Basic knowledge of AD, Server, and Database Infrastructure environment.
• Sharp troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Organizational and mentoring skills
