Who You Are

This is a WFO/Hybrid role where you will collaborate with a team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, email, and phone. Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for team members who share our vision and can adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are specifically looking for someone with strong email marketing and social media experience. Your primary responsibilities will be managing and optimizing email campaigns, engaging with diverse audiences, and tracking performance. In addition, you will help manage our social media presence, focusing on increasing engagement and visibility across platforms like LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Responsibilities

Email Marketing:

• Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns targeting various audiences.
• Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize for higher engagement.
• Segment audiences for tailored messaging.
• Manage technical aspects like ensuring emails avoid spam filters and warming up addresses.
• Develop both HTML and plain text emails based on campaign needs.
• Social Media Management:
• Create, schedule, and monitor posts on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and track engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with email campaigns and broader company goals.
• HubSpot: Experience using HubSpot for email campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance.

Reporting & Optimization:

• Track campaign results and report insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.

Ideal Experience

• B2B marketing experience, particularly in email and social media.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and Meta advertising.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation and targeting.
• HubSpot: Proficiency in HubSpot for managing email lists, automations, and reporting.
