Job description

• Manage dialer operations for outbound calls, ensuring efficient campaign execution and meeting performance targets.
• Oversee data management processes to maintain accurate contact lists, customer records, and reporting metrics.
• Analyze real-time analysis (RTA) reports to identify trends, optimize call strategies, and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to dialer malfunctions or system errors.

Desired candidate profile

• Experience in Outbound Call Centre setup
• Knowledge of ConVox software will be added advantage
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
