• Languages required: Marathi & English
• Experience: 0 - 2 years
• Education: Any Graduate
• Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification required
• Salary: As per industry norms

Job responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for debt recovery
• Provide information about banking products and services
• Maintain a record of calls

Desired candidate profile

• Can speak Marathi & English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good listening skills and empathy
• Well versed with MS Office suite
• Ability to work in a team and independently as well
• Comfortable to relocate / travel to Navi Mumbai
• Immediate joiner
